This Privacy Policy explains how Velaira ("Velaira", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects personal information when you use velairatech.com, submit a contact or quote form, or purchase studio services or Velaira-operated products where Velaira is the merchant (including payments via Paystack).
Velaira-operated product sites may publish a more specific privacy notice. Where that notice is silent, this policy applies. Client sites Velaira builds but does not operate as merchant follow those merchants' privacy policies.
Who is responsible

Information we collect
Information you provide: name, email, phone (if given), business or company name (if given), project type and message content from contact, discovery, or quote forms, and any files or details you later send us by email.
Payment information: when you pay Velaira, card or bank details are collected and processed by Paystack (or another payment provider we use). We receive transaction references, amounts, status, and limited billing metadata needed to fulfil and support the purchase. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Technical data: standard server and security logs such as IP address, browser type, device information, and pages requested, used for security, diagnostics, and improving the site.
How we use information
We use personal information to respond to enquiries and quote requests, schedule discovery calls, deliver studio work and digital products, process payments and refunds, send transactional messages about your request or purchase, improve our websites, and meet legal or compliance obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
We share information with service providers who help us operate (for example email delivery, hosting, and Paystack for payments), only as needed for those purposes.
We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer, with appropriate safeguards.

We keep enquiry and project records for as long as needed to manage the relationship and meet accounting, tax, and dispute requirements, then delete or anonymize them when no longer required.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; please use strong unique passwords where accounts exist and contact us if you suspect misuse.

Our marketing site uses essential cookies or similar storage needed for the site to function (for example session or security). We do not use advertising trackers on velairatech.com at this time. If that changes, we will update this policy.

Our services are directed at businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18 for marketing or account purposes.
